Appointment Policies for New Clients
We require all new clients to pay a $50 deposit to reserve their first appointment. If scheduling an appointment for more than 1 pet, each pet will require this fee. Deposit(s) will be credited towards the appointment scheduled.
If the appointment needs to be rescheduled and is done so at least 24 hours or more in advance, the deposit(s) will remain on the client's account. However, in the occurrence of a "no-show" and/or cancellation less than 24 hours, a forfeit of your deposit(s) will result. Advanced notice of a cancellation allows us to provide services to another pet in need.
Monday: 7:30am - 5pm
Tuesday: 7:30am - 5pm
Wednesday: 7:30am - 5pm
Thursday: 7:30am - 12pm; 1:15pm - 5pm
Friday: 7:30am - 5pm
Saturday: By Appointment Only
