Appointment Policies for New Clients

We require all new clients to pay a $50 appointment reservation fee to reserve their first appointment. If scheduling an appointment for more than 1 pet, each pet will require this fee. The appointment reservation fee(s) will then be credited towards the appointment scheduled.

If the appointment needs to be rescheduled and is done so at least 24 hours or more in advance, the fee(s) will remain on the client's account. However, in the occurrence of a "no-show" and/or cancellation less than 24 hours, a forfeit of your fee(s) will result.  Advanced notice of a cancellation allows us to provide services to another pet in need.
